Fuck it, I'm going there.
Here is why I don't trust the white version of slavery, and why I feel away about American Christianity and White Baby Jesus:
My history books said slavery was time where white people put black people on a boat, and the black people picked cotton in America. The worst thing white people did was whip the slaves, sometimes hang a few and break families up. But then they learned better and freed the slaves like good white saviors. Although for some reason, the freedom still didn't grant blacks any equality. But then Martin Luther King came and everyone was equal. So now if blacks don't make it in America, it's their own fault, because they don't have the God whites gave them and couldn't forgive the few indiscretions of whitey.
fuck that shit.
I know better than that. Because I'm literate. My history books told of all of the atrocities committed by every other dominate culture from every era, around the world. But with American history, slaves just picked some cotton, raised some white kids and swung from a few trees? Really? REALLY! Nigga.
fuck that shit.
Say some shit about Hitler, the Middle East, Japan pre-bombing, Vietnam, N Korea or Russia and Americans be like "oh yeah! judgy judgy hypocrite, unintentional irony, blah blah blah." But even hint that American history didn't go down the way the winners have written it and become the enemy.

I fucking knew the CIA was doing more than a little Cheneyboarding. Are you kidding me?
This wasn't the first instance of America rounding up a group of its citizens because they "fit the description" *cough*Pearl Harbor*cough*. Excuse me, I must have had a little injustice in my throat there. How do we as citizens protect ourselves from from it happening again?
